Beyond Scrum
Beyond Scrum is designed to help teams to have fun, create excitement and achieve amazing results. It enables mature Scrum Teams to move beyond the guard rails of Scrum and gradually achieve free-flow agility.
WARNING: Don’t assume that this will be an easy journey. Even though Beyond Scrum may appear as very simple and accessible, it requires a high degree of maturity and discipline from everyone in your Scrum Team.
From this point forward it is assumed that your team is a highly mature Scrum Team who not only complies with the ceremonies, but truly have learned to live by the rules of Scrum.
